Return Policy:
- Duration: Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
Return Process:
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping Instructions: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us for return instructions.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Defective Products:
- Returns are free for defective products. We will either provide a full refund or send a replacement.
Customer Remorse Returns:
- Return shipping costs will be charged to you based on the actual shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Restocking fees may apply depending on the brand.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Exchanges (if applicable):
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@halliehospitality.com.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.
Shipping:
- Items must be returned with their original packaging and all components.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
- Processing Time: The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
